How do I get my files after I buy?

The moment your payment clears, you're taken to a confirmation page with a Download button for every file in your order. You also get an email receipt with the same download links, so if you close the tab you're covered.

I didn't get the email — what now?

Check spam and promotions first (searching for 'The Adulting Vault' or 'receipt' usually finds it). If it's still missing after 10 minutes, email hello@theadultingvault.com with the address you used at checkout and we'll re-send it same day.

Do the download links expire?

Each link is signed and stays valid for 7 days. If a link times out, reply to your receipt email or sign into your account and we'll refresh it — you never lose access to something you purchased.

What format are the files in?

Guides and workbooks arrive as PDFs that open on any phone, tablet, or laptop — no app required. Spreadsheet tools come as .xlsx. Video programs stream from your account and are also downloadable as MP4.

Can I re-download later or print them?

Yes — download as many times as you need, on as many personal devices as you own, and print the pages you want to write on. Everything is licensed for personal use; team or classroom licensing lives on the For Teams page.

What if a file won't open or looks wrong?

Tell us the guide name and the device you're on — we'll fix it or send a replacement within one business day. Refunds inside 14 days if we can't resolve it. Full policy at /refunds.
