Can I mix topics instead of buying a tier?
Yes. Use the custom quote form to pick exactly which bundles you need and the seat count. We price it transparently and reply within one business day.
What happens after checkout?
The buyer gets immediate access to a team admin dashboard. From there you can invite members by email. Each invitee receives a claim link to create their account and unlock downloads.
Can we add our logo or a welcome letter?
Yes. Choose logo personalization at checkout or request full co-branding (logo + custom welcome page + branded PDF cover) in the quote form. Full co-branding starts at $497 one-time.
Do seats expire?
Seat licenses are annual. We'll email the buyer 30 days before renewal with usage stats and a renewal quote. You can add seats anytime at the same per-seat rate.
Is there a refund policy for business orders?
Custom and co-branded orders are reviewed and approved before fulfillment and are non-refundable. Standard digital seat licenses can be refunded within 7 days if no seats have been claimed.
